Our Commercial Extraction System

Throughout the extraction process, the solvents remove the soluble materials from the biomass inside the extraction vessel. Then, the filtration and separation that follows, the centrifuge makes sure to recover the biomass.

The C1D1 remote control panel uses real-time Wi-Fi connectivity. This way, you can operate from the safe room. It also works on a Windows OS system and uses a Siemens application. Additionally, the screen is a 10.1 inch WUXGA display and has a 1920×1200 resolution. The battery allows for twelve hours of browsing with a three-and-a-half-hour charge time. Finally, the device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space.

Centrifugal Extractor

During the extraction process, the ethanol solvent bidirectionally spins at high speeds, and the biomass is agitated inside the rotor barrel. Our centrifuge reactor is built with a sanitary design in mind and rated at an Ra less than or equal to .2 micrometers without any dead corner.

Molecular Distillation

A more sophisticated method than the usual boiling point difference distillation, this employs a liquid-liquid separation. In safety, it rates high for purifying thermally unstable molecules with low volatility and high boiling points.

Decarboxylation System

CBD and THC does not appear naturally in the Cannabis Sativa plant. Firstly, they need to be brought out from their natural precursors: Cannabidiolic Acid or CBDA. More importantly, the decarboxylation process brings out their pharmacologically active properties in the extract.

Crystallization Reactor

It is possible to reach a high purity level in CBD without sophisticated equipment. However, the only prerequisite is you need to have winterized and distilled the extract to a rating of eighty percent.
