Do you need a THC Extraction Machine? Call Cedarstone Industry. We manufacture extraction equipment for a variety of purposes. Our material is excellent for extracting Cannabis oil and essential oils. In fact, our equipment is attractive to many industries.
Additionally, our tanks are great for the safe storage of things such as water to natural gas, from dry food to CBD oil. When it comes to the cannabis industry, we admit we are new to the industry. However, the great benefits of our products transfer across all industries. Let us put our 20+ years of experience to work for you.

Extraction System
What To Look for in a THC Extraction Machine
Your cannabis extraction systems need to provide you many benefits. Don’t settle for one specialized setting or an impressive price point. At Cedarstone Industry, you’ll find extraction equipment that checks off all of your boxes. And if you aren’t quite sure what those boxes should be, allow us to describe our products in more detail. Soon, you’ll come to require functions and specifications that you may not have even previously thought of. Fortunately, you can find everything you need at Cedarstone Industry.
Before we get into the details about our extraction systems, you should know a little bit more about our company. As mentioned before, we provide equipment for a vast array of purposes. To accommodate the needs of so many different types of companies, we had to be flexible. But for us, flexibility doesn’t mean settling for less or sacrificing quality. Instead, we can mold most of our products to fit our clients’ specifications. For example, our storage tank dimensions range from 50 to 1,000 gallons, all based on the needs of our clients. That being said, consider the information below to be an overview. You can always call us for specific requests.
Our Preferred Extraction Method
If you’re going to extract THC, CBD, or any other cannabinoid, we highly recommend ethanol extraction. There are different methods of extraction you can use, like supercritical CO2 extraction, for example. However, most CO2 extraction systems are expensive. That expense isn’t necessarily worth the marginally more significant yield. On the other side of the equation is butane extraction. We don’t recommend this method because the results aren’t that great. The end product is likely to be contaminated in some way, making it unusable for medicinal purposes. Even if you’re not extracting oils for therapeutic use yet, why not buy a system that can be used for that purpose when it comes to that?
Ethanol (alcohol) extraction offers the best value in terms of cost and yield. However, this method does have some inherent risks. As you may have guessed, ethanol is highly flammable. We build our systems to reduce some of that risk. Nevertheless, you must be extremely careful. Otherwise, ethanol extraction is generally a very successful method of extraction. The ethanol is used to draw the cannabinoids out of the plant. Then, the ethanol is somehow disposed of so that you are left with the oil.

Centrifuge Extractor
The extraction machine you use will determine how the ethanol is removed. As you will see below, each machine extracts the oils a bit differently. Here are some of the equipment we offer for the extraction process.
Centrifuge Extractor
We’re glad to offer clients batch production centrifuge extraction machines and equipment. Our centrifuge machines are great for low-temperature ethanol extraction processes. Additionally, these machines are great for easy maintenance, operation, and can be easily configured for the clients’ specifications. We offer centrifuges that are especially great for safe, high-speed operation.
Molecular Distillation System
Depending on the clients’ production needs, we are also able to develop stainless steel molecular distillation solutions that are both cost-effective and very efficient. We also offer a wide array of high-performance components, such as outlet modules, stable inlets, and magnetic seals, that will help eliminate secondary contamination during the distillation process. Even more, the sight glass and molecular pumps are great for consistent vacuum conditions with high-visibility. Here are some of the features that you’ll find with our molecular distillation systems:
- Flexible options thanks to the completely modular designs
- Continuous feeding and collection designs in modules, saving both labor costs and working time
- A completely jacketed design, wide applications for various materials.
- 316 materials that are both safe and reliable
- Quick-connects design and sight glass that easy to clean and disassemble
Crystallization Reactors

Extraction Tanks
We make sure that our standards crystallization reactors adhere to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Additionally, these reactor tanks come chilled glycol water that cools down the jacket and the reactor. The kind of jacket, the agitator’s structure, and the form of the outlets are all critical.
The main application of crystallization reactors is to achieve very high-purity CBD on a large scale without the need for sophisticated equipment. This process is excellent for dissolving the clear CBD oil that has already been winterized and distilled in near-boiling heptane or pentane and allowed to cool to grow crystallized CBD. If you want to learn more about our crystallization reactors, make sure to contact us at your earliest convenience.
Chromatography Equipment
Chromatography techniques include high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This technique is a high-resolution technique that is great for separating small molecules, bio-molecules, and peptides. The equipment is excellent as it effectively isolates compounds by eluting cannabis oil through a column of ren-packed chromatography, making it ideal for CBD isolate production.
